Abstract390)      PDF (3626KB)(203)

In the process of oil pipelines’starting to convey, precise calculation and prediction of temperature field of the soil around pipelines and law of medium temperature in the pipelines changing with time are the key to identify the time of putting oil in and preheat medium totals. By water as preheat medium, and calculations of conducting heat’s numbers in the process of pipelines’ preheat under different flowing speed circumstances, it analyzed distributions of temperature field of the soil around preheat pipelines and temperature dropping along pipelines with distances, and finally get oil pipelines’ preheat conditions under flowing speed of various medium, which can help set corresponding oil-conveyed technique and attain the goal of safety and saving energy.

Abstract478)      PDF (295KB)(208)
A simple control method of aiming at the control issue of water supply valves in the pipes of waterworks based on the HMI and PLC was represented. Under the circumstances that do not need install the servo mechanism and replace the valve, implementing the remote control of valve utilizing the ordinary AC single-phase motor as the power and designing a kind of detecting mechanism of cylinder number of valve based on the optical switch. It has the characteristics of low cost and high reliability, which has more extended and applied value on the frequently-adjusting valves of waterworks.

Influence of the Buried Depth to the Soil Temperature -Field Around the Buried Hot Oil Pipeline
LU Qin-li, GU Fu-xin, MA Gui-yang, LI Wei-jun
Abstract554)      PDF (612KB)(380)
Along long transmission pipeline, geology and hydrology is different, the difference of buried pipeline depth is great. The corresponding natural ground temperature and pipelines-temperature field are also different. If the average or equivalent depth is considered only, the pipeline computation will make a very big error. The use of numerical method will consider the fact that the numerical model approaches the actual frozen earth geological condition and the nonlinear characters, which appears especially important. The limited unit method was used to calculate the soil temperature field around the pipelines by three dimensional numerical compute under the different buried depth conditions. The result indicates that the pipeline temperature change is, to some extent, affected by the buried depth, especially in the frozen earth area, the temperature difference between natural soil and pipelines' surroundings is greater.

Abstract430)      PDF (207KB)(349)

The steam injection boiler of Liaohe oil field Jinzhou oil extraction factory produces steam with recycling water. Because of water quality over standard, silica and salt fouling and crystallizing resulted in over temperature of the tube in superheated region, allowed stress decreases sharply and explosion of tube. With maximum flame diameter 3 m, it is happen that silica and salt fouling and crystallizing at the same time resulted in explosion of tube. The main method to solve above problem is decrease steam dryness or alternative variation, and the two worst working conditions  don′t  occurred at same time.
